If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the full order within 7 days of purchase.
Please note that in order for us to process this exchange the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Please Note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds will be permitted. We can only exchange the product with another one.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled .
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened RIDA wig for the right color within thirty (15) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

You will be responsible for paying
for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be
deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over N100, 000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
